Branislau Samoilau ((ベラルーシ語:Браніслаў Самойлаў); born 25 May 1985 in Vitebsk) is a Belarusian professional road bicycle racer, who rides for UCI Professional Continental Team . Samoilau has also ridden professionally for between 2007 and 2008, a brief stint for in 2009, and for . Samoilau has won the National Road Race of Belarus in 2007, but his strength lies in the individual time trial. He has been national time trial champion of Belarus on three occasions; in 2009, 2010 and 2012.
